One specified programme, three proposed, one ladder.
The founding curriculum of ARENOMICS Institute. Mandate Engineering — Foundation is specified at version 1.0 and complete at development-draft level; the other programmes — including the new Agent Fleet Governance: Applied Case Lab — are proposed. No programme is open for enrolment.
Programmes
Mandate Engineering — Foundation
Eight weeks · 64 notional learning hours · online · cohort-based · designed as an assessed programme. School of Mandate & Delegation. Programme content complete at development-draft level; closed Design Pilot in preparation.
Programme pageVerification & Evidence Architecture
Designing the evidence trail an auditor, insurer or regulator would read, and the verification regime for output from a system the verifier cannot fully inspect. Proposed programme of the School of Verification & Evidence; not specified.
Synthetic Enterprise Architecture
Designing organisations in which a small number of people hold authority over a large population of persistent agents, with governance built in from the first day. Proposed programme of the School of Synthetic Enterprise & Organisation; not specified.
Further programmes identified for sequencing after the founding three: Agent Identity & Authority · Agent Governance & Oversight · Model Risk for Agentic Systems · AI Liability & Underwriting · Autonomous Workflow Engineering · Synthetic Labour Economics · Machine-to-Machine Commerce & Trust. All are identified only.
Foundation → Applied Case Lab → Synthetic Enterprise Architecture
One discipline applied at three scales: one actor, a population of agents, the organisation. Levels 2 and 3 are proposed; only Level 1 is specified.
Mandate Engineering — Foundation
Bounded, verifiable and revocable authority for one actor or a limited agent system. Eight weeks, 64 hours. Programme page
Agent Fleet Governance: Applied Case Lab
Governing populations of interacting agents: registry, delegation graphs, runtime decisions, aggregate limits, revocation cascades, evidence. Four weeks proposed, built on the ME-001 — Synthetic Enterprise 10K case. Lab page
Synthetic Enterprise Architecture
Human–agent organisational design, enterprise-level decision rights, multi-agent accountability, cross-organisational delegation, risk concentration, governance architecture and auditability. Scope stated; not specified.
How the founding programme is built
The programme is produced as a controlled system rather than a set of slides: a Programme Specification (v1.0, the sole authoritative definition), a Delivery Blueprint, an Eight-Week Timetable, a Module Production Map, nine curriculum artefact kits (ME-F01…F09) each with learner, assessor and programme-lead distributions, a Laboratory Library, a Mandate Template Library, a Programme Submission Schema and Programme Technical Requirements — all complete at development-draft level and approved internally for closed Design Pilot preparation only.
Changes to learning outcomes, assessment weights, critical gates, capstone requirements, credential wording or workload require a new approved version under the Institute's change-control policy; a cohort, when one runs, is attached to one locked version.
Design principles
- Case-first. Four fictional teaching cases carry the same mandate from first instruction to closure.
- Artefact-based. Every week produces one artefact of the Mandate Package; nothing is assessed by quiz.
- Tool-neutral. Learners use their own AI tools; no vendor is mandated; every artefact carries an AI-use declaration.
- Evidence-centred. Every claim in a mandate must be turned into evidence that could fail.
- Simulated at Foundation. Laboratories run as card-, document-, log- and extract-based simulations; no live agent environment, payments, transactions or production access.

Early interest registration opens shortly — a free, non-binding expression of interest. Formal enrolment is not yet open; no payments are accepted.
Mandate Engineering — Foundation is in development. The Institute is preparing its first cohort, provisionally targeted for early 2027, subject to readiness confirmation.
Early interest registrationProgramme enquiries
The Institute corresponds with practitioners, organisations, standards bodies, regulators, insurers and prospective participants who see the same gap. There is no application, enrolment or payment form; early interest registration opens shortly; enquiries are answered by e-mail.
