An unusual combination
Phu Quoc has been selected because it combines conditions that rarely coincide: a rapidly developing international island environment; major transport, hospitality and urban infrastructure investment; proximity to southern Phu Quoc's future international-event and business infrastructure; a safe and attractive residential setting suited to focused professional formation; lower operating costs than Singapore and several established Asian education centres; access to Vietnam's growing population, economy and professional talent; practical links with Southeast Asia, China and the wider international economy; and the possibility of combining learning, residence, collaborative work and institutional experimentation in one place.
An international island in acceleration
Phu Quoc is Vietnam's largest island, administered as a special zone, with an operating international airport. It hosts the APEC Economic Leaders' Week in November 2027, and government reporting describes airport, port, convention-centre and road works being fast-tracked for the event. Vietnam's population was 102.3 million in 2025 and the country received nearly 21.2 million international visitors that year.
Infrastructure being built and planned
An approved airport master plan (2021–2030, vision 2050) targets about ten million passengers a year by 2030 and about eighteen million in the long term. An 18-kilometre urban rail line from the airport to the planned convention centre has an approved investment policy with construction reported for late 2025 to mid-2027. Hotel and resort development has been announced by third parties. Each item is stated at its actual stage — operating, under construction, approved or announced.
A working environment, not a resort
The island and its developing districts are part of the learning environment, but the purpose is serious professional formation: distance from ordinary routines, concentrated work, strong relationships within a small cohort, international exchange, and a founding-cohort experience that participants will carry into their professional lives — at operating costs more manageable than in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Southern Phu Quoc is entering a period of accelerated international development shaped by new transport, hospitality, convention and urban infrastructure. The Founding Studio places ARENOMICS inside this emerging environment and creates a practical bridge between Vietnam, Southeast Asia, China and the wider agentic economy. Over time, the Phu Quoc Studio can become a regional bridge connecting Vietnam with Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Shenzhen and other centres of the emerging agentic economy.
A township built for an integrated model
Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc — Quarter 7, An Thoi Ward, Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province — is where the studio is being established. The founder lives on the island, has inspected the location personally and continues premises discussions directly on site; suitable units are available for lease or purchase. The township's mixed-use architecture supports the model the Institute needs: a professional teaching and working studio on the ground floor; group work, seminars and live demonstrations in the same building; accommodation on the upper floors or in nearby units; shared social and project spaces; and the flexibility to run short executive programmes, one-month professional residencies and programmes lasting up to 90 days from one address.

Scalable from the first cohort
The initial physical configuration supports up to twenty participants, depending on programme format and the premises selected — the working capacity of the first cohort model, not an absolute limit. Adjacent rooms or premises can be added as cohorts expand.

- Space for individual and group assignments, live demonstrations and assessment

Selected for seriousness, capability and purpose
Emerging professionals and technically capable graduates; founders, engineers, AI and automation practitioners; corporate executives and institutional leaders; regulators, government officials and state-owned enterprise leaders; and organisations preparing for the agentic economy. Younger participants are welcome — selection rests on seriousness, capability and professional purpose, not on age.
Founding Professional Residency
For emerging professionals, founders, technical practitioners, system designers, graduates and people moving into the agentic economy. Formats: a 7–10-day intensive, a four-week professional residency, or an extended residency of up to 12 weeks. Combines Mandate Engineering, supervised studio work, operational exercises, evidence production, assessment and professional formation.
Executive Authority Programme
For company founders, board members, senior executives, AI programme leaders, institutional decision-makers and directors of regulated or strategically important organisations. Government, Regulatory and State-Owned Enterprise Studio
A commissioned institutional programme for ministries, agencies, regulators, municipalities, public institutions, state-owned companies, national infrastructure organisations and official delegations: advance institutional scoping, private teaching sessions, organisation-specific mandate design, live operational exercises, governance and evidence workshops, confidential leadership discussions, an institutional findings report and post-programme follow-up.
Premium professional formation for a new economic environment

Entry and residency practicality. Vietnam's electronic visa framework can support international professional residencies of up to 90 days for eligible participants. This supports seven-day intensives, one-month residencies and extended programmes of up to approximately three months.

English, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese
English serves the international professional audience and is the language of every controlled document. Vietnamese makes the Institute accessible to the country in which the physical project is being established — its participants, partners and institutions. Simplified Chinese creates access for participants, companies and institutional audiences in China and the wider Chinese-speaking professional environment. This site is published in all three languages, and in a Russian edition.

A place to form a new profession
The Phu Quoc Founding Studio is the next operational extension of the Institute's existing intellectual and professional architecture — the Mandate Engineering discipline, the Foundation programme, the Mandate Package, the Evidence Record and the oral defence — brought into one room, for a founding cohort.
